I wish that I could capture
The sparkles that were there
In the snow
Like diamonds,
And the glimmers 
In the air, 
Tiny crystals
Floating 
Down
Through the 
Cold, cold 
Air
Like glitter
That takes
The picture
To sublime.

I wish
That 
I could capture
This magic
Moment
For you, 

But
My camera won’t do it—
Or I’m not very
Savvy —
An amateur
For sure-- 

Whatever –

You will 
Just have to 
Believe it
Or not. 

The deer and the dogs—
They know it.
