I thought I saw a 
light
at the end
 of the tunnel-- 

turns out 
it was just 
a break 
that led 
to another, 
darker
 tunnel.

And, 
don't want to be, 
but
I’m kind of 
mad
at God 
because,

like millions,
 I keep 
praying 
for a miracle—
hasn’t happened
yet.
